sportsc ships worldwide using DHL Express Service. The shipping costs varies depending on the shipping country and the total amount of the order. You can see the shipping cost directly in the cart before confirming the order, just after filling shipping details.

As soon as the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with a recap of the purchased product/s. Order placed using immediate payment methods will be ready to dispatch in 24/48h, while others will be processed after the payment has been received.

Once the order is ready to dispatch, shipping times for DHL Express Service are the following:

• Europe and USA: 3-5 working days

• Rest of the world: 3-7 working days

Sportsc ships ships one order to a one and only address. Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.

Orders are processed and dispatched during the following timetable: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am till 6:00 pm (CET).

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number to check delivery status at any time. Insert your tracking number on the following page to check its status: BE ALWATS UP TO DATE WITH YOUR ORDER.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Inside Europe: For EU orders no tax or duty is required upon delivery. You will NOT have to pay any additional fee upon delivery.

Outside Europe: For clients purchasing from outside European Union, taxes and duties are already included in the price. You will NOT have to pay any additional fee upon delivery. Only for shipments into South Korea customers will have to pay 10% VAT upon delivery.

United Kingdom:

  • For orders below 135 GBP: any tax or duty is already included in the price. You will NOT have to pay any additional fee upon delivery.
  • For orders above 135 GBP: customers won’t pay VAT on the website, but will have to pay the VAT (20% of the product amount) + 11 GBP to cover DHL processing costs, upon delivery 

The above conditions have to be considered valid from January 20th 2021 at 4:00 p.m. CET.
